What we collect, and what we never do with it.
Barry Humphries Consulting LLC runs this website and the text lines used by its brands. This page says plainly what happens to your information.
Text messages
Some of what this company does involves sending text messages, in particular Already Home, the wedding site and planning tool at alreadyhome.us. If you give us a mobile number, here is the whole of it:
- No mobile information is sold, rented or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Not the number, and not the fact that you texted us.
- Text messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with anyone. That includes the record that you agreed to receive messages.
- The only companies that ever touch a number are the ones that have to in order to deliver a message, meaning our messaging provider and the phone carriers. They may not use it for anything else.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving them. Reply HELP for help, or write to the address below.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- We do not send marketing or advertising by text. Messages relate only to the thing you signed up for.
This website
If you fill in the contact form, we get your name, email address, and whatever else you typed into it. That goes to an inbox and is used to answer you. It is not added to a mailing list and it is not passed to anybody else.
The site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third party tracking scripts. The hosting provider keeps ordinary server logs, which include IP addresses, the same as every website does.
How long we keep things
Inquiries are kept as long as they are useful and then deleted. A mobile number is kept for as long as the service it belongs to is running, and removed on request. Ask and it is gone.
Children
Nothing here is aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Asking us to delete something
Write to barry@bhumphriesconsulting.com or call 256-572-8395 and say what you want removed. There is no form to fill in and no department to be transferred to.
